They are committed to provide a comprehensive service and are geared to meet every need.With a team of around100 customer service staff, we are working to constantly enhance our technical facilities in accordance with international standards and ensuring a dependable, friendly and efficient customer service experience is our highest priority.To make it as easy as possible for our customers to reach us for their service needs, we have designated conveniently located stores to accept all customer care requests.

R Care Centers – For Quick Repairs.

With an objective to provide ‘express service’ to customers , 16 R Care Centers have been opened in the UAE & Oman. The R Care Centers are located within our retail stores and provide instant minor watch repair to customers.


  • 1. Express service. Battery replacement and other minor repairs are done in 10 minutes.
  • 2. ‘Fresh’ & ‘Swiss made’ batteries used.
  • 3. Genuine ‘Brand spare parts’ used.
  • 4. Trained watchmakers.
  • 5. Water resistance test carried out.
  • 6. Free cleaning of watch case and bracelet.
  • 7. Battery & generic strap replacement undertaken for non Rivoli Group brands.
